Problem

A used-car dealer in Cagayan de Oro. Every unit draws the same four questions before anyone visits the lot: how much, what's the monthly, is it negotiable, are the papers complete. Answering them one buyer at a time is the whole job, and nothing keeps a record of who asked about which car.

What I built

A listing site for that one dealer — not a marketplace.

  • Every unit leads with the estimated monthly payment, not just the sticker price
  • Papers status stated plainly — complete, newly transferred, still processing — because that's the question listings are usually vaguest about
  • Buyers reserve or ask to be pre-qualified without making an account; the enquiry lands in a staff inbox with the car attached
  • Filters that apply instantly and live in the URL, so a filtered view is shareable
  • Staff side kept to three things: add a car, add photos, mark it sold
  • Installs as a phone app and works offline

Result

Live with the dealer's real stock, served from Singapore so the lot browses in about 180ms from Cagayan de Oro.

The part I didn't expect: watching the owner enter real inventory rewrote most of the admin. They work one-handed from a phone with photos already copied from elsewhere, so pasting had to work — and a form that lost everything over one bad price field was enough to stop them trusting it. Fixing that mattered more than anything on the buyer side.
